Johnny Taylor
Founder & President

Johnny was born into poverty in Florida before earning a football scholarship to Kansas Wesleyan University where he graduated with a degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. For twenty-four years Mr. Taylor has been motivating, mentoring, and helping disadvantaged youth overcome adversity. He has amassed experience in social development, training, and administration. What started as a job quickly became his passion. Johnny’s philosophy permeates the environments he works and leads. This includes every student and staff member at Flint Hills Job Corps where he has worked as the Center Director for the past 4 years. In 2021, Johnny began serving on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force for the City of Manhattan.

No matter what you have been through or are going through, you are NOT alone. Mr. Taylor challenges everyone, every day to be better and do better. His outside-the-box approach has cultivated strategic workforce development partnerships across the nation.
